A Harvard-educated and widely known for his market and capital mechanism know how, Dr Fred has over 20 years of consulting and business plan experience in Malaysia and abroad. He has been responsible for the creation and execution of corporate and turnaround strategy for many MSMEs and large corporations across sectors. In numerous client engagements, he has been known to create significant value for investors and corporations through financial and operational performance improvement as well as corporate turnaround exercises where he has saved many ailing enterprises.

Dr Fred's professional career focuses on Project Management, Strategy, Change, Leadership and Risk Management working alongside a number of MNCs, GLCs and large corporations including HUAWEI, Shell, Cuckoo, Daikin, FELCRA, TNB, KPRJ, UNM and Brahim's SATS etc.

As a frequent speaker and mentor at forums and events, he attended NEX:US by ENACTUS-UNM, Global Youth Entrepreneur Challenge Camp, AIESEC Malaysia, Alibaba @Create Global Startup Contest 2023, DDG-IPIVOT Private Pitch 2023 and Top Business Excellence Award 2016/2017 and Startup Funding Fest 2016 (India).
